ANOTHER WELL REPAIRED
Another well has been repaired in the district. We were able to do this due to a generous donation from an anonymous donor. The well is located at what we call Seven Mile Simalundu along the road to Chirundu. The well was down for several months before we learned it was in need of repair.
Once we learned of the need the funds were available and pipes and rods were secured along with another cylinder. The well is up and pumping now. It supplies water to a couple of local villages with a combined population of 2500 to 3000 souls.
Special thanks to our donor for their generosity.
PROGRESS ON THE HOUSE
At this time the “ring beam” has been completed. We have secured scaffolds in order to lay the last three lines of blocks and then to build the gabling on the ends of the house.
I will send pictures where they are available.
God bless!
